We had a special presentation by Kurt Williams of Padow Kennels from Las Vegas. The presentation was on the subject of balance in the chow and how to determine a chow's square build. We also had a fun match with Kurt acting as judge going over both puppy and adult dogs. Kurt answered our questions
It was a hot day and the puppy pool was very popular with Chows young and old. It was an opportunity for some of the members to socialize the younger puppies and get to know each other.
Several members of the club met in the Edmonton International Raceway in Wetaskiwin for a day of learning how to drive a race car. While no high speed track records were broken that day a good time was had by all.
